Tom Lane fixed a problem with escaping quotes in initdb.
Andrew Dunstan has made table_schema available to triggers in PL/Perl and arranged a path for changing $TD-> to $TD->, deprecating the former. He added similar capabilities to PL/PythonU, and PL/Tcl, too.
Andreas Pflug and Tom Lane added support for binary COPY via psql. The patch also improves detection of write errors during COPY OUT.
